Jenifer Oltrash Knows the LAW.

When me and my wife started our journey to file for our marriage based immigration case we knew it would be difficult to get my AOS in the states as my story had a lot of twist. I remember there was a time when no one in Florida would take my case and would tell me to go home instead of hearing me out.
The lawyers who were ready to listen would give their quote and fees first and the link to pay before I even start my story.

We came across Jenifer Oltrash and the only one who wanted to hear my case and my side of the story.
From the first minute we felt comfortable taking to her and we thought she was the right choice for us.
And before even taking about the fees and everything she said she would only take our case if she thinks she can help us.

She asked for details previously no other lawyer in the states asked us and believe me we did called a lot of lawyers lol.
We started our journey and it was one of the best decisions my wife took for me to hire Jennifer as our lawyer.
Before I interviewed I was briefed about and those were the exact questions asked in my interview. I was surprised as anyone and I felt confident walking out of our interview in December 2024.
February 2025 my I-130 was approved and March 2025 my I-485 was denied for reasons unknown.
I thought I had lost all hopes but Jennifer believed in my case.
Jenifer right away appealed the decision and I remember her saying to me on the phone.
She will make sure I get my green card and she thought the law was on my side.
I googled online and if you file for Motion to reconsider or reopen the chances were 2% of you winning the case.
Against all the odds Jennifer made it happen I got approved in September 2025.
I have my green card and I still sit in disbelief that I got approved.
Jenifer Oltrash is one of the best lawyers out there and I appreciate and thank her from my bottom of my heart as she has changed my life forever.
