VISITORS VISA

VISITORS: PLEASURE OR BUSINESS OR EXCHANGE STUDENTS

To qualify: the intent must be of a temporary nature and with an agreed departure date. The visitor needs a passport and generally a foreign residence to return to. Visible means of support may be required; and an admissible alien must observe the conditions of the entry visa.
