Visa For US Citizen Parents

FOR A PARENT(S) OF U.S. CITIZEN, WHO SEEK PERMANENT RESIDENCE: WHETHER IN THE U.S. OR ABROAD

A birth certificate of the U.S. citizen child will be required to prove parentage and that the U.S. citizen is 21 years of age or over.

An affidavit of support from the U.S. citizen child or a co sponsor must be submitted to prove the ability to support the parent(s) at a level exceeding the poverty guidelines.

Family Visa Sponsership

Police clearance and medical(s) will be required.
The Immigration Service or a Consul will review the case and then will grant permanent residence after a showing of the required documents.
